I specialize in working with women who want to make peace with emotional eating, embrace intuitive and mindful eating, and find deep body acceptance, self-acceptance and self- compassion. My Seattle office is located in the Ballard Neighborhood.
Right now, you are holding on tight. You’re holding on to…
-
All the “rules” about what you should be eating, how you should look, and what weight you should be.
-
Guilt about not eating the “right” foods–but you’re not even sure what those are anymore!
-
Your youth and how you used to look instead of embracing the beauty of your age (you might still have those jeans from high school in your closet)
-
The daily struggle: all that stuff that makes you feel like you’re not enough.
It’s time to let all that go
and find that sweet spot where there is no doubt.
You’re ready to release the constricting rules and land in a place that truly nourishes your body and your soul
I’ve been in your shoes. I used to think loving myself meant being a certain weight and size; eating the “right” foods; restricting the “bad” foods. And many of my clients felt the same way, too. But it is possible to feel free when you think about food and your body. It’s my life’s work to help women like you find that freedom.
Right now, you’re counting, measuring, worrying, punishing, zipping and unzipping, and stepping onto the scale day after day. You know there’s more to life than this.
Imagine a day when you’re in sync with yourself: You know when you’re hungry and what you’re hungry for. You nourish yourself with foods you love and that support your well-being, not what or how anyone else says you should eat. You feel satisfied and know when you’re full.
Plus, you have brilliant clarity about how to care for your mind, body, spirit, and heart~ in about a billion ways~ that don’t have to do with food. You find your creative spirit~that part of you that is ready to live out loud~creating and living from what inspires you and nurtures your whole life. You flourish.
